How coins are spent
The rewards shop is a storefront the center fills itself: merch, certificates, free classes, whatever you like.
A student buys
The student saves and spends straight from their workspace. The balance cannot go negative — the system will not let them spend more than they have.
Handover and records
The order shows up for the administrator and the reward is handed over in person. The full purchase history is kept forever.
Fairness
A ledger that cannot be rewritten
Every coin award and deduction is written to the ledger permanently: who, to whom, how much and what for. Entries are never edited or deleted — only appended.
