LevelUp Academy is student management software for education centers: enrollment, payments, attendance and coursework all live in one system. It is built by a team of six; the company was founded in 2026 in Uzbekistan.
We are not a school and not a coding academy. We build the software that education centers run on every day.

Three problems the product is built around
These are the ones that repeat in almost every center — and the reason the system exists.
Attendance is never consolidated
Attendance is marked on paper, and by the end of the month it turns out a student missed half the classes. Parents are the last to find out.
Branches cannot be compared
Every branch keeps its own records, so there is no network-wide picture: where revenue dipped and where debt is growing only becomes visible after the fact.

Not slogans — decisions baked into the architecture.
The server decides access
The role is carried in the token and checked on every request, and data is scoped to the organization and branch. Knowing a URL is not enough to open another branch.
Data outranks new features
Daily backups, and deletion is soft: payment, grade and attendance history stays available for reporting even for archived records.
Every number is a ledger entry
Payments (including cash and card splits) and coins change only through a ledger entry with a stated reason. Balances cannot be rewritten after the fact.
Live in a week
We migrate a center into the system in 7 days, and the first week of use is free. If we miss the deadline, the next month is on us.

Organizations in the USA, Serbia, Singapore, Moldova and Tajikistan share the name LevelUp Academy — schools, courses and IT academies. We are not affiliated with any of them: LevelUp Academy at levelup-academy.uz is a CRM system for education centers in Uzbekistan, that is, software rather than a place where classes are taught.
